Over time, it becomes a record of a life — the rooms we gather in, the objects we keep, the traditions we return to and the pieces that quietly become part of our memories.
Poised was created from a fascination with that relationship between beauty, identity and the spaces we call home.
Rooted in art, storytelling and a distinctly feminine point of view, Poised explores how pattern, material and design can give expression to the lives unfolding within our spaces.
The creative language of Poised
Inspiration Has No Single Address.
We look beyond the traditional boundaries of interior design.
Fashion, fine art, architecture, hair artistry, music, culture, nature, memory and ritual all become part of the creative conversation.
A silhouette can suggest a shape. Architecture can inspire structure. The movement and geometry of hair can reveal rhythm. Music can influence mood. A family tradition can become the beginning of an entire visual story.
At Poised, inspiration is not simply reproduced. It is interpreted — translated through color, pattern, texture and form into a language for the home.

While this perspective shapes our creative world, Poised remains an invitation. We create with a feminine point of view while welcoming anyone who finds beauty, meaning and a sense of themselves within it.
Our approach
Designed in Chapters.
We don't think of collections simply as product releases. We imagine them as chapters.
Each begins with a story, feeling, memory, question or cultural reference and develops into its own visual world through color, pattern, material and form.
One chapter may explore gathering and tradition. Another may consider intimacy, celebration, heritage, imagination or a particular season of life.
Different stories. One evolving point of view.
Together, these chapters will form the story of Poised.

We believe beautiful things should become part of living.
The tablecloth marked by years of celebrations. The chair everyone gravitates toward. The textile that changes the feeling of a room. The object carried from one home into the next.
Over time, the things surrounding us can hold memory, personality, culture and meaning.
We want to create pieces worthy of becoming part of those stories.
A note from the founder
Poised began with my belief that the spaces we create around ourselves can be deeply personal expressions of who we are.
My own creative interests have never lived within one discipline. I find inspiration in interiors, fashion, art, culture, architecture, hair, memory and the small details of everyday life. Poised became a place where those worlds could meet.
As I develop our inaugural collection, I'm building Poised slowly and intentionally — with the hope of creating original fabrics and home décor that don't simply occupy a home, but become part of the lives lived there.
